Why won't my photo upload?

Make sure your photo is a JPG, PNG, or HEIC image. StageSnap works best with well-lit, wide-angle shots of a single room. We normalize large phone photos before AI processing, but very large originals can still fail while uploading. If that happens, check your connection, try again, or reduce the photo size before uploading.

How does AI staging work?

StageSnap sends your room photo to Google's Gemini AI model, which analyzes the space and generates a new version of the image with virtual furniture and decor placed realistically in the room. The AI uses the room's lighting, perspective, and dimensions to produce results that look natural and professional. No physical items are added — it's entirely digital.

What file formats are supported?

StageSnap accepts JPEG (.jpg / .jpeg), PNG (.png), and HEIC (.heic / .heif) room photos. For best results, use a clear photo taken in landscape or portrait orientation with good lighting. Photos taken with a modern smartphone work well, and StageSnap prepares them for AI processing automatically.

How do I manage my subscription or upgrade to Pro?

On the iPhone app, tap the Settings tab and then tap 'Manage Subscription' to view your current plan, upgrade, or cancel. iOS subscriptions are managed through the App Store — you can also go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. For web subscriptions, log in and visit your account settings.

Can I get a refund?

Refund policies are handled by the platform you purchased through. For iOS purchases, request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases made through StageSnap, contact us at support@stagesnap.ai within 7 days of your charge and we'll review your request. We want you to be happy with StageSnap.
